Cocopeat is the granular particles that fall out during the extraction of coconut fibre(the long linear tensile strands) from the coconut husk. Coco peat has mostly been misinterpreted or wrongly understood as Coco Fibre or Coir. Coco peat varies from 0.3mm to 15mm in size widely acknowledged for its ability to hold water to almost 800%. This makes it one of the best growing mediums. We do not just make or sell Cococoir. Coco Coir is only just a byproduct that evolves from processing of Coconut husks. For it to become a genuine substrate, It has to be enhanced and brought forth. Induce what is required, remove what is not. That is what we do. We make Coco Coir most sustainable alternative for soil and any other growing mediums. Our Coco Coir is produced in our Husk processing mills as the first step of quality control.
The Standard Multiwashed Cocopeat
We do not just make or sell Cocopeat. For it to become a genuine substrate and transported economically, It has to be enhanced and quality brought forth. Induce what is required, remove what is not. That is what we do. We make Cocopeat most sustainable alternative for soil and any other growing mediums. Our Cocopeat is produced in our own Husk processing mills as the first step of quality control. Washed multiple times to wash away the salt content thus reducing EC to the desired levels. Thereafter dried, impurities cleaned up and compressed to appx 5kg blocks.
a)Standard EC maintained is below 0.5ms/cm.
b) Granulometry is desirous to each customer. Expansion depends on the granulometry.
c) Fibre content is desirous to each customer.
Each 5kg block when rehydrated would give approximately 2.5 cubic feet of ready to use loose cocopeat.

Coconut Husk perhaps is the most least understood part of the coconut. It is the outer covering to the coconut shell and comprises of fibre and cocopeat. Husks of tender coconut are soft and spongy. As the coconut matures, the green covering hardens bringing forth the fibres and granules(cocopeat) more prominently. The husk chips by itself carries together the combined qualities of fibre and cocopeat.

Husk chips are yet another gift of nature to its co existing flora.
Coconut husks chipped out. Coco Chips are an excellent additive to potting soils and can be blended with Coco Peat to regulate the aeration of growing medium and maintain the ideal air to moisture ratio for the plant roots. In itself an excellent growing medium for Orchids providing adequate moisture and ample aeration.
